Survival Event

At the start of the day your team will be given training on all of the aspects that you would need in a survival situation. During the second half of the day your team will embark on a range of interactive survival scenarios that will test their ability to recall their training and work as a team to survive and thrive!

Areas covered:

Priorities of Survival - Fire - Shelter - Water - Food - Natural Navigation - Knots - Mindset - Self-Rescue - Team Resilience - Personal Resilience

Usual length: approx. 4 hours

Meeting rooms in the morning or afternoon can be arranged.

Perfect for: Team cohesion, observing any communication developments, team dynamics, highlighting the importance of all members of your team and the different skills they bring together.

Start of the day - acclimatisation phase:

At base camp your team will learn the planning and organisational aspects needed to achieve a stretched goal such as climbing to the top of Everest. In doing this they will understand what makes a highly affective team. The team will undertake physical and mentally challenging activities that are essential for your expeditions success.

Expedition Phase:

Using all you have learnt from the start of the day, your team will set-off from Base Camp to Camp 1. On their way they will come up against physical and mental scenarios, that must be over-come, if your team wish to successfully summit.

Some of the scenarios: Crevasse crossing, setting up a tent at 6000 meters, fixing rope lines and navigation through a blizzard.

Manhunt Event

The first part of your day will see your team learn how to navigate, take part in covert surveillance, track and search all as an effective team.

During the the second half of the day your team will use their new skills through various scenarios all culminating in the final Manhunt. Team work, organisation and communication is key to the success of your mission.

Our instructors have delivered training in navigation, search and tracking training to police and search and rescue teams.

Perfect for: Communication, assigning different roles to individuals and teams looking to develop remote working.
